  from Stafford, but he doesn't throw Staffordshire pottery (my mugs, note,
  are still intact), he reads Physics; Charles, on the other hand, doesn't,
  and comes from Tunbridge Wells. He reads Mathematics and Philosophy. On
  the table behind are, clearly discernible, a packet of
